I guess I'll start by telling you all a little about myself. I recently moved to Utah from Dallas and it's so refreshing to have a climate change. Right now I'm working as a medical assistant but I am also a massage therapist. I hope you all enjoy my Confession of a Massage Therapist posts, I've had some really crazy experiences!
I am fanatical about my animals. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses. My dogs made the trip with me to Utah but I had to leave the cats and horses behind in Texas for a while until I find a permanent place for myself, then I'll bring them up to me. I really miss my cats and horses! Luckily they are being well taken care of.
I've started a new hobby of making jewelry. So far I've only made bracelets, flower hair barrettes, a few necklaces and blinged out flip flops. Stay posted for when I have more made and I'm ready to show and sell them.
I also have a ginormous Twilight obsession! I read all 4 books in record time, became a diehard Edward fan and even purchased an Edward doll.

Have a great SITS day. It is so much fun to read all of the great comments and find new blogs. I have two horses as well and would love to know what you do with yours. I ride dressage. Sometimes we pop over some jumps but most of the time I like to have them keep at least one foot on the ground.

Happy SITS Day to a fellow animal lover! I am only 3 hours away from Dallas. I also rescue abused and neglected animals. Currently, I have 14 dogs, 20 cat's and 6 horses with another that will be arriving on Saturday. I rehabilitate them and then I find them a forever home with loving families. I keep the horses though.
Sometimes I think I have a small zoo. LOL
Ah yes, we're soul sisters. I love horses, make jewelry, adore Twilight and left Texas as well. Granted, I barley lasted a month in Houston but still...

first off, congrats!! i wish i could move too, i want to go to new england but i doubt i could endure the winters! as for twilit, i couldn't get past the first couple of pages but the movie was AMAZING so i've started buying up the series at half priced books!

I lived in Utah for 6 years before moving back to my old stompin' grounds in California. Utah is definitely different from anywhere I ever lived! And I miss it all the time. Beautiful!
Don't share in the Twilight obsession. Read the books, saw the movie and I would be on Team Jacob if I'd enjoyed them. :-)
