Colorado Christmas

Most of you may not know this but I was born and raised in Colorado.
Under normal circumstances, I hate the snow but on Christmas it makes the day more magical.

I love this song and I play it over and over again during the Christmas season and if you've never heard it before, well you're in for a treat.

Unfortunately the band (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band) never made a music video for this song so this is the best video I could find that features the song.

Do you like it?

I'm with you.. I only like the snow around Christmas day and for snowboarding :)

I'm not sure if that cream works. I haven't used it yet! I got it because my face is a mess right now from being so stressed.. the reviews were pretty good though!

I've been in Colorado during Christmas. It was 17 degrees and snowing, and I hated it lol!

I prefer the Christmas when I got to wear a sundress and go without shoes because it was so hot. I also got to call my MN cousin and brag about it. ; )

Awwwww. I love it.
I'm from Nebraska and live in Denver now... I love love love this song. In fact, after I flew back from a Nebraska Christmas, I realized that I hadn't listened to this song yet this year (2010) - and actually I must thank you for posting this - because this was first time I heard it this season!!!

"The closest thing to heaven on this planet anywhere, is a quiet Christmas morning in the Colorado snow."

Wow, the folks from sunshine states just don't get it, do they?
